Assignment #20:
My two ideas for the project is to wrap some sort of box and put it in water. My dad has a pool that you can see the inside of through a window. I thought if I put a wrapped object into the pool and take a picture, it might be really cool. My second idea is to wrap a potted plant, with the plant sticking out. I like the idea of something wrapped around but a flower or plant is able to stick out.
So we just talked about this but I'm going to repeat myself...I think your selection of flowers in a vase is an interesting one but I still don't feel that the "wrapped" part came across as well as it could have. I do think if you could have wrapped the vase AND the flowers (one flower would have worked nicely!), and placed this in the photo studio so you could better control the lighting, that would have worked really well. You might consider reshooting?
